Will there be a rehearsal?
Yes! The private rehearsal will be held at Gray Gables from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Afterwards, we’ll be hosting a welcome lunch for our family to kick off the celebrations.
Will it be a virtual ceremony?
We understand that traveling isn’t always possible, and we want all of our loved ones to share this special moment with us. For those unable to attend in person, we will provide a Zoom link so you can join us virtually and celebrate together from afar.
Can I bring a plus one?
This is an invite-only event with limited seating. Each guest was carefully selected by the couple, so we kindly ask that you honor our guest list and do not bring additional attendees.
Where should I park?
Gray Gables has ample guest parking as well as accessibility for those with mobility needs. Parking will be reserved for the wedding party and immediate family, while additional parking areas will be available for all other guests.
At what time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 3:00 PM to allow time for seating. Cocktail hour will take place at a separate venue, so any socializing with friends and family should take place before the ceremony begins.
What should I wear?
Our wedding will be a black tie event, and we kindly ask all guests to dress accordingly. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best as we celebrate together!
(Note to our ladies)
The ceremony space has mulch pathways which means the ground may be unstable, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the ceremony and bringing out your nice heels for our reception!
Will there be a cocktail hour?
Yes! Join us for cocktail hour at Barber Park Event Center at 4:30 PM, where guests will enjoy drinks and appetizers as we begin the celebration.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to us directly so we can make sure proper accommodations are put in place for you.
Can I bring my children?
While we absolutely adore your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration. We want all of our guests to be able to relax, enjoy, and fully celebrate with us without the extra stress that big events can bring when little ones are involved. Take the night off, dress up, and come have fun with us, you deserve it!
What if I want to get the couple a gift?
Your presence is the greatest gift of all! But for those who wish to bless us further, we’ve created registries that you are welcome to browse. If you would prefer to give a monetary gift, we will also provide links to our CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal. These contributions will go towards our honeymoon fund!
